The manager Kevin has been amazing! I did the entire process of securing a storage unit, payment, and insurance purely online, never needed to step foot into the office. As soon as I submitted the initial online application for a flash deal on a medium-sized unit, Kevin immediately gave me a call and guided me through the process. That same day, Kevin gave me another call to let me know that the unit was ready to access. All communications were done over the phone or email, and everything went absolutely smoothly! The layout of the facility is simple and straightforward and everything is kept impeccably clean. 100% recommend this storage facility.

Kevin is wonderful! He is always available when I have questions. He has even met us on his day off to help! This is my first experience with this company, but I guarantee it won't be my last. In a world full of apathetic customer service, Kevin stands out as the example of how to KEEP customers. Kudos!

Kevin and Discount Storage are amazing! We live out of town and have work equipment in his facility. He helps us when we have shipments of equipment delivered, etc.It’s been amazing customer service! He also said we could use their company trailer if needed. It’s really safe and secured.Awesome price too! Thanks so much for all your help, Kevin!
